If you already have a TRUE, Xiggy, or other high-end air cooling heatsink, there isn't any point in upgrading to these newest coolers, like the Megahalems.
You're just going to see minimal cooling performance gains, if any, that don't justify the added costs...

I can see this thing beating the above mentioned coolers on a i7 setup due to the i7 being a space heater.
6 heat pipes may see it edge a 2 - 4'C advantage over the TRUE when used on a i7 setup but offer nothing more than the TRUE when used with a more mainstream S775 setup...I guess Fits will let us know.
