oh thats gay.... this was misleading. I thought it was $99 WITH free codWAW included in that cost.

I almost was going to buy one just for the WAW and resell the card.

When I go SLI I'm just gonna get another 9800GTX+ and flash it to 250GTS like mine is right now. By then the 9800GTX+ will truly be under the $100 price range. I can't wait to see 100+FPS in COD4. Mmmmmmmmmm...

Not really, they list the price of the card as $144.99 w/ free WAW, and that is what the price works out to be. I don't really think it matters where they take the $49.99 from to make the WAW game free.
