I was able to achieve a stable 4GHz with 1.26v, by upping my CPU VTT to 1.34v and my MCH Core to 1.34v, before I was stable 4GHz with 1.30v but I was using 1.30VTT and 1.30 MCH, what is better 1.26v with 1.34v VTT / 1.34v MCH Core or 1.30v with 1.30v VTT / 1.30v MCH.

I don't know which is actually better, but I would go with a little more vcore with less vtt and mch. The vcore isn't that high, and if your temps are fine, that's the way I'd run it. I know on my board even with 1.3 on the mch it gets pretty warm.

VTT is a debatable topic, some people suggest to keep it under 1.4, others run upwards of 1.6 without issues.... personally i would keep it under 1.4.

Also you need to adjust your GTL's when you change the VTT. (search for it, there are plenty of posts on it)

seems that 1.34vtt is fine, but 1.34v MCH Core is safe too? I don't want the max safe, I want to be in the middle

1.34 mch is safe on that board. I believe the ud3p can handle a max of 1.7v mch on air

Gotta Prime it though to ensure 100% stability like I have. I have the Q9550 at 4GHz too.

2 months then sold the parts and they have worked perfect for him

Damnit.... that just brought my greed back.... Because my 9450 will do 500FSB @ 1.36vFSB.... and it went up very nicely when i bumped the vFSB... maybe ill go play with 1.6 :S
