yeah its about the same size as the crap cooler on my ti4200 thats umm gunna be an issue

Size doesn't really matter, some small coolers can be better than larger ones. I'm sure this one is better than the one on your old nVidia.

The Zalman VF700/900 line is great, and also small.

im not arguing that small is bad i just was saying the cooler looked a little small jeez :D dont get so worked up

There's no way it can help cool the memory though. Even if it was a decent small fan it still can't be as good as a larger one. Less surface area to dissipate heat, so you would have to have that little fan move more air to help, and it would be really noisy. I just can't see it being quite enough for that card. Especially if you intend to overclock it.
