In performance a 9800 GX2 is about the same as a OC'ed GTX 260. I actually get better performance out of my XFX Black Edition GTX 260 than my friend with his 9800 GX2, but not by much (average of about 8%, maybe) and they may have to do with the fact I have faster RAM and more Processing power. So an "upgrade" for you is going to start at the $200+ mark and I don't think it is worth it to be honest.
