Avoid this child at all costs he will rip you off. He is just a kid up to no good with his dads credit card and paypal account.

Also I need some help, does anyone who has done business with him have his address?

No his name is David Wu.

I bought a Prolimatech Megahalems off of him but he never shipped it, said it got lost int the mail. He kept me going about giving me a refund for a long time and now will not talk to me. I bought a cooler from him, he said he shipped it, it never came and nor did the refund. Every once in a while he gets online and says he will refund me later that day or night but then never does it. I believed it for a while but now its just total BS. Everytime he would get online and message me he says that his internet goes down for days at a time and then he says he will give me the refund later that night. Now I haven't heard from him since the 13th saying that he was just leaving to go get a pre-paid visa to refund me with.

Well I got this reply from him : "Hey I'll admit that this has all been bullshit, but can you give me a chance to make it up? I'll try to come up with the $35 and refund you or even buy you something for $40. I really apologize."

So hopefully he holds to his word on this.

I apologize, I'll keep my promise. Just give me a chance and some time.

1st off....

how old are you? really? im not being mean here dispite the anger from the other guys.

2nd...

explain the situation from your standpoint to help people understand whats going on and what happened to get to this point.

i applaud you for posting in this thread as it shows that you admit to something.

be straightforward and honest and work something out.

you should be prompt to answer PMs and/or emails from boomstik to keep him feeling like you are at least trying.

if something happened in your finacial situation that prevents you from paying the man then at least announce to him your troubles.

most people are understanding... MOST people.

I'm 17. I admit I messed up, at first I tried to avoid him but now I just want to make it up and repay him. I've explained it in the PM already. I hope he understands.

well i say you get a money order and send it to him asap since paypal situation isnt working as planned.

17 is understandable.

i suggest you learn from this situation and not do this sort of thing again in the future.

im sure you've heard that quite a bit but at your age people do things like this without thinking about the outcome.

just solve the problem and move on.

everyone needs to stop living in the past and move forward.

the solution is easy, send the money over or the product back and your out of this mess.

Well said by all and faded, Im proud you realize your error and are trying to correct it. Personally, I would tell my parents what happened and get their help in paying him back.
