i'm not a fan of coolermaster PSU's. every one i've ever used was a cheap, generic piece of crap - they may have good ones, but i've never used one.

Like many on the forum, i'll reccomend the more reputable brands. Antec, corsair, seasonic.

remember that wattage isnt much of a concern (400W is sufficient for any single GPU PC) - its all about the quality of the unit

none of their PSU's are that great - antec are high midrange quality, but they're out of your price range.

about the best PSU i know of in the <$100 range would be this

casegear will ship to you - when it comes to PSU's i'd cut back elsewhere to get a better one (corsair preferably, for the warranty) - its about the only part of a PC which can take others out with it when it fails
