Ubisoft scared of Infinity Ward.

I had to lol earlier. A m8 of mine works in a games store, an Ubisoft rep called in so he asked him about the new Splinter Cell Conviction. The rep claims that the game has gone gold, been pressed to the disc and is sat in a warehouse somewhere.....but they dare not release it because of the upcoming Modern Warfare 2

We all know that the 360 has about the same hardware power of a P4 with a 7900GS

When MW2 comes out, the 360 version will be slaughtered by the vast greatness that is the PC version.

Don't feel bad though, I own a Wii

Back to the OP, it makes sense, they are trying to maximize the release of their game, and they know how heavy MW2 is going to hit.

I would say Even thought MW2 is gonna be heck alotta fun but so is Sprintercell Conviction i have played sprinter cell series and i loved everything about it mostly the story, which is a very important key feature to the game and so the graphics and gameplay too
So i would say both are very Even ties

I think ubisoft is doing a good thing by not trying to butt heads with IW.

I mean thats like Microsoft releasing Gears of war the same day they release a halo game, one is going to sell way better than the other. and in the end either Epic or Bungie is gonna be pissed

More importantly than one selling more than another, they are limiting each others sales (especially at those console prices!)

Console gamers spend more on games, have lesser graphics and other options, but console gamers dont suffer from some of the problems PC gamers suffer IE higher amount of bugs, higher cost of the actual computer, etc...
