Serious Problems with ATI Tool and X1800XT

W1zzard, you're shit keeps malfunctioning around my system :).


Anytime I load up Ati Tool Beta 15 or 16, or systool, I get artifacts galore and I have to restart. I am using Cat 6.9's, but I tried 6.7's and 6.8's.


Another thing, after I restart, windows HARDWARE manager finds ATI tool or SYS tool as new HARDWARE and installs the drivers for them. It still dosen't help after it installes either.

Ever heard of this particular bug?

reinstall systool and atitooll. you might have to reformat to get them runnign right

Bah! maybe when I get ready to filter all of the junk off my computer. My semi-anual reformat. Right now I am using ATI Tray tools to monitor the temps and fan speeds.

Hmm, go figure, I reinstalled beta 14 and this time it recognises my card and it works without issues.
