True... & it works! Per "GANNT" type scheduling methods, it just plain works!
* & no '1960's approach to hotrod engines' ALONE either (i.e.-> Just putting out & out "MORE" transistors/circuits in effect, like cars having more "cubic inches")...
Now, instead, they're ALL after better efficiency in use of CPU cycles via having more cores available, & code ready for it, via multiple thread use.
