i5 // Gigabyte, Asus, EVGA P55 // G. Skill 4GB DDR3-1333+ for $300 Total

I'm looking to upgrade my S775 to a Nehalem-based setup. Either an i5/Gigabyte P55 or i7/Gigabyte x58, Asus or EVGA will also be considered. SLI and Crossfire not necessary. Also would like some G.Skill 6GB Tri-Channel kits running at 1333+ included.

Looking for $300 shipped for the whole shebang if possible. Cost would probably be the biggest factor.

Any extras like cooling is not needed.

Trades
I'll also be putting up my S775 CPU, motherboard, and RAM up for sale too as I get the parts, so I can definitely do Parts+Cash on my end for your parts.

PM me with offers! :)

better look for p55, and it may take a while. A lot of people may believe that's an unreasonably low offer especially since RAM prices are up.

Best of luck to you, friend :toast:

Unfortunately, that's all I can afford :(

I'm hoping someone out there will take trades as well as cash, which would make things easier on me!

If you live close to Fry's this is your best bet.

I saw this on my thread on OCN too, but unfortunately I live in Merced, CA... The closest thing we have to a Fry's here is a Best Buy's (ew...)

It's really sad considering I just left my parents' in Fremont yesterday, and a Fry's was within ten minutes of their house :(

Think you might be able to get them to pick it up for you?

Hehe, doubt it. If I went with my dad's train of thought with computers, I'd be gaming on a Pentium III :)

"Damn it dad I need a new video card, I'm lagging in Minesweeper!"
