To be honest i am very interested in what this game turns out to be like.

Think about it, this could be just another game in the same old same old scenary and have Afghanistan slapped on the side

or....

It can be a game about the fighting in Afghanistan. Use the funds that are generated to donate to the fallen ones with injuries etc.

Although judging by the picture it's going to be a solo american badass soldier single handedly bringing down the Taliban

Yeah I agree above with mailman, too soon for MOH Afghanistan. Really... wait till the conflict ends. I personally do love the place that the battle will take place, a unique place for sure, but wait 5 years till after it ended.

It's hard to get excited about this game. All I can imagine is the colour palette will consist entirely of 'brown'.

it would be good if this ' relatively unknown entity directly under the National Command Authority who takes on missions no one else can handle' is not American or British. A Russian Afghan vet looking for some payback would be a refreshing change.

Not all of Afgahnistan is desert lol. I found that opium "joke" (if i can tell its wasn't serious im sure anyone can) funny because it is still one of the largest providers in the world. Drugs are a serious problem in the world. Those that take should realise that too.

Game well i need to see real gameplay before i judge.

I'm also interested if not even "hyped" about this. I don't know why I am really, that picture of the bearded dude is just very awesome. Actually, the first PC FPS I ever played was Medal of Honor on a computer at CompUSA. The thing is, that was the only Medal of Honor game I've ever played and I was too young at the time to even know if it was good or not.

I'm not even sure it was MoH, may have been the first Call of Duty. Either way, I remember it was lagging a ton, which is funny because I'm sure it could run flawlessly on a $15 vidja card today.

lol, true. It was kind of a blanket statement. In fact an opium field level could add a new twist to "bullet time effects"

It is kind of wrong to make a judgment of a game on what is tantamount to zero details.

The only MOH I enjoyed was the original. After that it was a franchise that I ignored. I'm happy to be pleasantly surprised.

Yeah this won't get release anytime soon, i know of 3 other games that tried doing this. Which lead them to changing the theme. But same concept, different location. But this really to soon to be having a game on this subject......10 years?!?
