Soldier/Demoman Update?

Today Valve released this web comic about the Red Demoman and Blue Soldier becoming friends and the Administrator doesn't like it.

This is the first day of the friendship and it seems that there could be a trailing update coming?

Urm yeah, Team Fortess 2. The only classes that haven't had their update yet are the demo, engy, and soldier.

It usually goes on sale every couple of months, esp. around update time. I wouldn't doubt that it'll be available for $10 sometime during Christmas.

Hmm, I'm excited to see what could come of this. Engy could still be involved, because some of the biggest piss offs as an engy are kritz soldiers and all demomen. Would be a stretch though I guess, I just want to see Engies with an update.

Not to turn this into a speculation thread, but I'll be severely pissed if he doesn't get an oil can to replace the pistol. Spray it on the ground and you'll be able to see cloaked spies' footprints walking around for a little bit, spray it in choke points to slow people down, spray it on people and they'll stay on fire longer, spray it on cloaked spies to make them visible, spray it on buildables to fix them or possibly make them work faster. Have a blue and chrome urban-looking can for the Blu team and a rusted, red, beat up one from the farm for the Red team.

Haven't played Team Fortress 2 in a long while.(i used to be hugely addicted to it).

I've played both and can say that in my opinion, TF2 is a MUCH better game. More teamwork, the objectives are more clear, it's stylized, it's a whole lot more balanced, there are hardly any glitches, you get tons of updates and free stuff. There are hundreds of custom maps and all kinds of game modes ranging from traditional ctf to prop hunt to surfing. I've been playing since it came out, and am a little tired of it, I definitely don't get that same feeling when I jump into a game today as I got 2 years ago, but it's still an amazing game nonetheless.
