TUL Corporation, a leading provider of graphic cards, today announced the PowerColor X1950 PRO 256/512MB with ARCTIC COOLING. The X1950 PRO features the first-ever GPU manufactured at 80nm fabrication process and to feature the new CrossFireTM Bridge Interconnect. PowerColor has also included the excellent ARCTIC COOLING Accelero X2 .

"Gamers have longed for a graphics card that runs graphic-intensive games with quiet cooling at a reasonable price. We are able to deliver this with the PowerColor X1950 PRO." says Ted Chen, CEO of TUL Corporation. "We are also very please with the fact that WCG is using this model for the Finals in Italy."

"We are pleased to have found a partner to bundle our silent coolers with high performance graphic cards. Both fans of ARCTIC COOLING and PowerColor are sure to be excited." says Magnus Huber, Managing Director R&D of ARCTIC COOLING.

CrossFireTM Bridge Interconnect
The new CrossFireTM connection provides improved performance and scalability with a 24 bit (2 x 12 bit) connection for speeds of up to 350 MHz. A master card is no longer required and the new set-up will work on all CrossFireTM ready motherboards.

Silent Cooling with Huge Overclocking Potential
The ARCTIC COOLING Accelero X2 compliments the X1950 PRO exceptionally well by simultaneously cooling the GPU and memory. Even when the board is overclocked, the Accelero X2 minimizes noise level with a high air flow, a unique cooling performance with extra heat pipes and patented vibration absorption.

HDCP Ready
PowerColor X1950 PRO supports dual-link DVI with High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP). HDCP, a digital right content protection technology for transmitting and receiving digital entertainment, allows users to future-proof their hardware that provides compatibility with the likes of Blu-ray and HD-DVD applications at 1080p for HDTV resolution.

At WCG Grand Finals
PowerColor X1950 PRO with ARCTIC COOLING will be used at the World Cyber Games (WCG) Grand Finals in Monza, Italy. It is one of the selected the graphics card (along side the PowerColor X1650 PRO and others) at the tournament. The top gamers will be competing for the world titles powered by the PowerColor.
