Have you looked under C:\Documents and Settings\<Username> to make sure the files were actually deleted?

If they were, you can try GetDataBack to try and get the files back(it isn't free, but only $30 last time I checked), and you can search for the files before you buy(so you can see if anything is recoverable before wasting money).

What ever you do, make sure you don't write anything to the drive, preferably don't even boot to the drive, take it out of the machine and connect it to another machine.

I use Recurva as well. Just remember to put the drive in another system and not to write on it and you should be ok

This is what I was thinking. Depending on how you deleted the account this pathway should still be accessible. Got Desktop, Favorites, Documents,.....

R-Studio is the best. If you don't already know this the data is still physically there on the drive until overwritten. So in situations like this the first thing to do is stop using it until you can scan with a recovery app.

edit: One of the best that I know of I should say. That's available to people, you know, outside the NSA and what not. And there's a demo.
