I'd be questioning your wife right this moment... :D

turns out that she closed the old account, or so we thought... the buyer go the item... a hand made baby blanket my wife made, and claims that the baby blanket had juice stains on it when she got it... the buyer made the complaint after my wife had 'closed' her account and since she thought the account was closed she didnt think to log in and check it... the buyer won the dispute by default cause my wife didnt know there was a dispute until today...

the funny thing is we have been on the phone for 3 hourws now just trying to get $61 paid...

Good luck on getting it resolved smashed! That sounds pretty frustrating.

thanks man... I really need a Sam Adams Winter Lager... or two... or three... or a 12 pack

it should help me relax

bump for a great seller

thanks bud :toast:

Haha well believe it or not, if I lived close enough I'd bring one straight over. Sounds like you could use it.

Just to slow the influx of PMs. smashed_99cbr is a great seller. I did get what I ordered from his last thread plus a little for the inconvenience. The hds came very late, but it was truly a laundry list of unlikely events that really did happen.

I would definitely buy from him again.

As I have one of only two PMs sent to smashed_99cbr since Pay Pal started screwing with him, I feel the need to explain that my PM was to inform smashed_99cbr of the status of our trade agreement.

The great people in this forum have expressed understanding and compassion. Sometimes **** happens!

I don't post very often and I don't want to come across as someone whining or complaining about where my hard drive is.

smashed_99cbr :respect:

Not to be a jerk, just trying to help the forums here, but I think that all discussion related to this situation should be allowed in the thread, as it's pertinent to your current and prospective customers. Your old thread was locked by a mod and because of that, nobody could see what the result was; there was no room for people who had purchased from you to say "hey I got the drives, thanks" so the rest of us would know you're a legit seller. Seeing how things are unfolding through that discussion severely impacts people's buying decisions, so I don't think it should be barred from open discussion.

Just food for thought, if nothing else.

Oh, and free bump. ;)

thanks man... I really need a Sam Adams Winter Lager... or two... or three... or a 12 pack

The time for Winter Lager is over, try the Noble Pils, I just bought my first 12 pack of it yesterday and I have to say it's amazing, it's a Pilsner brewed with all 5 varietys of noble hops, it has strong nutty and chocolaty touches with citrus notes, and is as so smooth (like a light beer) and has the carbination of like an English bitter (bodingtons ect.), I highly recommend it. (anyway now that the Sam Adams comercial is over:wtf:)

Are these just bare drives, or do they come with the software, and or the original packaging?

Exactly. I thought he stiffed me after he sent a payment for a radiator I was selling. Paypal even made it appear as if he had initiated a claim against me. I stumbled on that old, locked thread of his when I was searching the forums for the word "scam." Immediately I was sure he was trying to con me after reading that thread. Luckily I was wrong, and a similar conversation took place in my own [FS] thread about PayPal locking his and my funds. It is definitely relevant.
