I never noticed how the internals on that look identical to the Apevia X-Qpack II. 40 dollars is an awesome deal on that case though and it even includes a free 58-in-1 card reader!

Or make your own modular PSU :rockout:

I've used regular PSU's without issues in this case as long as you don't use long ROM drives.

Any issues with discharge of capacitors on the metal case? Or do you insulate or what? I am pretty damn good with electrical components, but I am wary of messing with voltages that can kill me. I have been shocked 1 to many times by the AC outlet.

You can just flip the PSU the other way and be fine. You can stuff all of the cables between the gap of the motherboard and front panel. But, to make it easier a smaller PSU that is modular would be much better. There really isn't much room in this case. The removeable tray is a big plus though.

I'm seriously considering this case as a replacement for the Rocketfish, but the one thing that I do now know is how sturdy it is? It looks flimsy, in which case I would just stay with the RF (pun not intended)

Mine will be here on Friday, I'll let you know. I looked over as many reviews as I could find and all in all, it got pretty good marks. Definitely worth $40 bucks shipped.

Oh, the windowed version from my understanding has a steel shell with the clear windows in it. The non-windowed version uses an all plastic shell, that is very, very very dark purple that looks black.

You have to force it to bend. You really really have to be abusive for it to bend.
