Good Cooler for i7 & AM3 ?

Not looking to get the best of the best. How is Xigmatek Dark Knight for Ph II 955 BE and i7 920 ? or what about other choices. Also don't want it to be too big, so as to interfere with the RAM. Not looking to spend over $50 on a new cooler.

If anyone is selling one here, I'll take that.

IDK about the i7, but the Mugen II is awesome on my 940BE with 2 fans in push/pull. (and it is cheap)

I had the Dark Knight on my overclocked i7 860 and it did more than fine. I may end up putting the DK on my 3.6 Phenom 965 down the road.

There is a person selling a Megahalems (775/1366 support) over @ EVGA for $45. Although you will need your own 120mm fan, that is one of the best air coolers out there. I use one now too
