I said I would be back with 3Dmark06 and it is my highest.....24381. The first pic is a screen shot of my desktop with the program running because I don't have the pay version.

The next pic is of my score online again because I don't have the pay version of this application.

This should make me move up a few spots!

Thank's
Hell yeh it's an overkill system, but real fun to play around with and the i7 980x is a cool beast. I'm running it on water @ 4,4-5 GHz vcore 1,4 with load temps under 60.
My biggest problem is the 1Kw PSU is to smal for max load on the whole system, I'm pulling 1150w in Furmark with CPU load at 6%.

Holy hell batman..... that's a shit tone of power to be pulling. So what do you use instead multiple PSU's?

I just admire the score..... I was so excited today that I broke P19k with just a sinlge 5870 and a i5 750 @ 4ghz.

Which I know I am capable of going higher... and of course I will ..... but then I saw your score! Next after I saw your score I cried a little. LOL :toast:

19k With a single 5870 is good, you should be able to push the 5870 more just set the fan to 100% and give it all:)
I've had my 5870's @ 1100/1300 with 1,35 vcore on air in Vantage.

The i5 750 does'nt have HT or am I wrong?

At the moment I'm running with single PSU, just ordred a 1200w. Running on a R2E now but I've got two P6T7 Supercomputer here and two more 5870's so I'll put them up in next week.

No it doesn't actually.... the i5 750 is still a 45nm non Hyper threaded CPU. So actually the score and the performance I am achieving is pretty impressive from what I hear?

I am pretty sure I can get it up higher with a little more Vcore.... I bet I could probably reach 4.25 at least with the temps still within Intels specs.

As far as the 5870 goes.... I have had it up to 915/1300 with the Fan on 50%. But I don't have the BIOS flashed so I am stuck on stock volts. What I use is a little hack to get past the levels with MSI Afterburner.

You can change the value of one of the lines of code to 1 and that will allow you to go past it and still control the fan.... with out having to use any other program in conjunction or voiding the warranty with a flashed BIOS.

How do you get above the limit or do you have a XFX, ASUS, MSI card? I was considering trying out the ATI GPU Tool from to how well that works? So I can mess with the voltages there.
Not to throw to many questions at you..... What is a safe voltage for a 5870?

I've flashed my four 5870's to MSI and the 5970 is MSI. I've used the .cgf change to but found it unstable.
