Slowly, I think DFI is moving out of the consumer market. I've heard rumors of it for months. Considering the fact that they are getting slower and slower with bios updates and new board releases, I fear it's true. It would be really sad too. At one point there were no better boards than DFI, especially the legendary Genie Bios.

all games are just starting to support quad core, so 6 cores wont be used, or if it is, not to its full potential

actually it depends iff your 955 is at stock and your 6 core is at stock it will outperform the 955 no matter what game you play due to the turbo feature at stock clocks the 1055 will turbo boost a quad core to the speeds over the 955 and in single and dual core mode it will boost even higher.

you can't blanket statement that all games are just now using quad cores. there are very old games that can use multiple threads and there are new games that still only use one core thats very misleading.
