Funny temptation to buy old Sempron 2600+ & motherboard

A friend of mine earlier asked me if I wanted to buy his old setup... no idea why I would want it to be honest, but there's just something about it what tell's me I should buy it!! :laugh:

If anything I will give it to my sister... as a full setup ofcourse, but he only want's £5 for both, I'm not sure on the board make or model, but it work's :laugh:

Anyways... your thought's, would you even bother? etc...

Haha, indeed it's not, but it's not like I could pick up anything of the sort at the same price, which is why I questioned it :)

Like I said before, I'd probably give it my sister... she use's my other rig most of the time, can't say they'd be much improvement, although it would enable me to use the full 400mhz on the ram, and also the 1.6ghz on the CPU instead of the 1.4, due to motherboard BIOS need's updating on current setup.
