Regretably having to downgrade and sell my GTX260 to get repairs done to our car 
It's an XFX GTX260 Black Edition Core 216 65nm that I bought refurbished exactly a year ago. For some reason it runs stock bios (it must have been a mistake during the refurb process) but I was never confident enough to flash it to the black edition bios in case i screwed it up lol. Of course it runs perfectly stable at Black edition speeds (666/1150/1404) and can OC even further. I've heard its very easy to flash though. You can see the bits and bobs that are included in the pics, however it won't come with any molex to pci-e adaptors as I cant find any 
Also, I can't find the outer cardboard sleeve for the box but I have the big green box it came in 
Apparantly warranty isn't transferable.
It also comes with an exclusive black edition membership card and some sort of sticker for your case. It gives you exclusive black edition member authoritynutkick and you may on occasion be invited to exclusive black edition member only events. I have included a pic of the letter I got with it
