I'm having a bit of a bizarre issue...I opened up a computer to install some new RAM purchased and a new hard drive. When I set it up to go install XP again, the first of the 2 DVD Trays would not open. I'd push the button, and it sounds like it tried to open but it wouldn't, then it attempted to read whatever is inside.
So I tried the DVD drive under it, and the exact same issue. This isn't my computer I was working on so I'm not even sure if this was an issue or not to begin with, the person whose it is won't be here until monday.
I stuck a paper clip in to get them to eject and made sure nothing was inside. Also, they're both reading discs fine as I have the XP setup going at the moment. Any idea what I might have done while I had the computer open before?
