Hello, this is my first post on this forum and my first problem is to find out once and for all if my system temps are good or bad.

CPU: idle 34;max load 65
GPU: idle 52;max load 86
Hdd: 37 usualy but in summer I have got even 42
Motherboard:idle 41 ; max load 48

I also have done the sensor test in Real temp but I'm a little bit confused about the numbers I got so I would be realy gratefull if somebody tells me how are the results.

I mention that my cpu isn't overclocked and it has it's stock cooler.

Welcome to TPU fares. Go to the UserCP and fill in your system specs so we can see all the hardware in your system. That will help people give you their thoughts and advice. :toast:

If you have AMD for the cpu it seems hot, but if you have intel its normel. The gpu temp looks fine from eather company, and the mobo temps look good as well.

just found this on some other fourm

this looks like normal temps for the most part, so your numbers seem a bit high have you reseated the cooler and checked air flow in your case?

also should consider running real temp test and see how it performs

you are right I have a q9650 and no it isn't overclocked. If you think that those tems are high then can you tell me if they are in the dangerouse zone?

there are defiantly not in the danger zone yet but you should be aware after 63-66C is my pushing limit usually. Just keep an eye on the temps, and try reseating your heatsink that helps a lot also make sure you didnt use a lot of thermal paste too much can cause it to create more heat

you are running a processor that will throttle at 99 degrees C. While 65 isnt great for a stock loaded temperature, with the stock cooler its very close to reality.

Do you plan to overclock, or is this going to run stock for most of its life?

then it will be ok but if you plan to overclock i would get a aftermarket cooler

Yes, your temps are in an acceptable range and you won't damage your hardware leaving it alone.
If you are not comfortable with the temperatures as they are, you can do a few simple things to try to bring them down somewhat (reseat HS with a better TIM, better 3rd party coolers, etc.)

to clarify 65*C will NOT kill your processor;)

After looking at your specs, if there is an increase in your CPU against the average, I would guess it is heat traveling up from that monster GPU under the cooler;)

My bad, it's early.
Meant to type "will not" damage your hardware. (changed post)
More coffee for me !!!
