Why do people post these questions AFTER they buy things? What would you do if we said it's awful?

But I don't know. I have not heard of the brand, but for a 28 incher it's a pretty good price I think.

I inc is a well known brand. Known to make great panels. And certainly a great price for 28 inches.

I have never heard of that brand and I live in the US. It looks nice and seems to have good reviews. So I hope your happy with it. Not having any dead pixels is a good start. I have a Hanns-G 28" and love it. I had never heard of it either and bought it for the price and it was friggin huge. Now I've had it for over a year and it is one of the best monitors I've ever owned. If I ever buy a new monitor it will be the same brand and hopefully an even bigger screen.
Good luck with your new monitor and enjoy it.

about a half a year ago or so i bought an i-inc 26" 1920x1080 and i love it, havent had any dead pixels or any other odd things. was well worth the money, and i say u got a good deal, i payed about that for mine. btw, it's an off brand hanns-g if i remember correctly, wich is what i upgraded from a 22" hanns-g, actually had the 2 of them side by side in dual monitor setup. this i-inc was much sharper clearer and brighter, was better than my previous hanns-g hands down in every way, plus i got a kickass big monitor, hope u enjoy it.

I've not heard of this brand, as they don't have a presence in the UK.

It looks nice in the picture, but in the end though, it's a budget monitor, so don't be surprised if niggles show up over time.

I got my current iiyama monitor (see specs) because they use these at work 10+ hours a day and they've been flawless for the last two years. Reliable and really clear, panoramic display - yours should look like this too. Make sure to use the HDMI inputs and at native resolution.

The iiyama's at work are TN's, yet they don't go off-colour when viewed at an angle. Unfortunately, my new one does and it looks a bit brighter in the middle, even though it has an identical model number. Oh well, I guess they cheaped out a bit on the TN panel later on, you can't avoid stuff like this.

I'd say that's a nice monitor as i've seen others with similar or same monitors where i do my lans and all that jazz. I personally swear by samsung monitors, i've got 2 24's and a 27" and they are beautiful, crisp, color and brightness is even, can't go wrong.

+1 on the clear picture and good quality of Samsung monitors. They use them extensively at work for years and have proved their worth. Heck, Samsung anything seems to be good quality. :D

There's just one reason I don't buy them: their stupid policy of having the power light flash in standby.

My 2233RZ 120Hz monitor was like this. While on, it had a beautiful blue strip of light underneath the screen, which was quite bright. However, this thing turned into a flashing beacon on standby, which was really irritating and forced me to power it off with the switch every time. So annoying! :banghead:

Surely, Samsung know how irritating this is? Is it some lame-ass "green" policy to make you switch it off? Whatever, I don't buy their monitors because of this show stopper. I'd really like to know the reason why they do this though, rather than just surmise it.

I find it interesting that their TVs don't do this...

Thats the one I use too. had never heard of the brand but it had 1400 reviews on Newegg with a rating of 4/5. So I didn't feel unsure of it.

Yep, I have a Hannspree monitor and a HDTV. They are great (IMO) and have not given me any trouble. And, a piece was missing from the box for the TV mounting... I emailed them, they emailed me and sent it overnight. So, I got no complaints.:)
