Well the post doesnt leave much to the imagination. I can only guess PC as the platform because I see Crysis 2 I have no idea what the other two games are. But what brought on the thread?

Rage ; Pre-Doom4 blockbuster from ID. Probably the best game (technically) of 2011 already.

Rage is uncomparable to any other FPS , not even call of duty , call of duty is based on ID technology and thus is an (howmuch i did loved it and how much did i played it ) it's still unoriginal - 60% of FPS gaming run on ID Tech engines (quke,doom engines) , other's is unreal and cryengine. These 3 games are so unique and so different and that's why they're my 2011 must have trio.

However all of them are PC games, i guess genuine and native , but they all have console ports.

DNF is a PC game ported to consoles
Crysis 2 is a genuine multiplatform game (cryengine 3 supports console platforms , so they work with it in realtime , the console ports will not end up severely different / only a much much less graphical and detail quality, console versions look like crap, not even half of what crysis 1 did on PC)

Rage is also genuine multiplatform ( probably a similar method of developing as cryengine 3 - It uses early builds of IDTech5 , and that's the most advaced engine rivaling cryengine 3 - if not the technically superb , still waiting for Epic Games to for their next thingy , been quite lately)

All of the games will work best on PC , they aren't console games or dumbed down ( i hope it will stay that way) and ofcourse all of these are meant to be hardcore.

however crysis 2 multiplayer may have lost it's roots , Crysis 2 has nothing to do with Crysis 1 and i do not like the new york setting , im sick of city maps , and from what i see the multiplayer looks like another call of duty modern warfail coming up , totally don't like that , it's a must buy for modding and huge singleplayer of course.

And then they add this 60 upgrades for nanosuit , it just like another form of popular noob console "achievements" and this kind of crap. So i don't know but i won't be playing multiplayer much , im sick of call of duty. Cod1 cod2 and cod4 i might sometimes play , other than that ... good night.

Just strenghtens my suspicions , not to mention the infamous crysis 2 "creative constrains" that they "can't" code things that aren't possible to do in console version they just wont make them in the PC version , they made a lot of dust about this one , but they clarified afterwards that it's only a small amount of things here-and-there , this just strenghtense the consolization of gaming in this terrible time in gaming industry , the hunder for more casual and more sales , it's becomming like a trend who's going to sell more , millions and 3 millions of sales don't suffice them.

Well if anyone wants to know , the Crysis 2 console settings are really modified mediums , which turns it back to medium , RAM-heavy commands are turned low or even sub-low of crysis 1 PC , and other processing commands are upped a bit (Cryengine 3 optimizations) which make an interesting balance for console versions of Crysis 2 , graphically it looks really flashy , HDR is so much that it's too lit up , it don't like it.

Ofcourse this proves PC version will look 5 times better. Crysis 2 on consoles is practically Crysis 1 on medium, but still lack texture depth details and tesselation.

Speculation has been confirmed , from the Xbox360 demo , extracted config files.

Which also confirms the fact that PS3 demo is possible , but they withold to release it (practical reasons?) , console version is probably a integrated package engine with both 360 and ps3 code which is just a matter of different configs for what platform it runs, because PS3 code is found on xbox360 demo.
