Hello,

i am using a c2q "q9400" oc'ed at 3600 using 450mhz X8 1.3v

now i would like to get lowest posible memory timing at 450mhz (901ddr2) with my reaperX, i've read review site stating 4-4-4-12@450mhz but i cannot get my system to boot on this! , lowest i've got is 5-4-3-15 and trfc 60

i tried googling, wow lots of hit to forums signature

here is a screeny of cpuid and aida64 :(

Most likely you'll need to supply the RAM with more voltage.

every kit of ram is different...however try putting the volts up a bit what are they are now? my crucial reds took 2.1v iirc to hit good speeds and timings.

my voltage are at 2.1v

i will try playing with the "performance level" see if it work , if not il try again at 2.2v

2.2v would be the max i push honestly it wont make much of a difference if those have the chips on them i thinking. Asus i think has an issue with TRFC settings but try loosing those up

try to lower that tRfc and tRas
try 5-4-3-12-18
or if it doesnt like it 5-4-4-8-12
see if it likes that more

i've got my settings to 5-4-3-12-60 and performance level 11 as per other post advice lowered latency a bit :) testing stability atm

also my TRFC start like at 10 and go up by increment of 5 , so (10-15-20-25...50-55-60)
i do not see how i can set it at 18 .. also some person advised me that p5q ad problem with TRFC as also stated in above post, and advised me not to go under 52,, .. so my lowest would be 55... il try this later today!


now to some benchmark and gaming :)

5-4-3-12-60 and performance level 11 seem's to be max, if i try to lower anything ffrom there i get "bios corruption" and i must reflash the old 601 version , (asus emergency thingy) then reflash my 2101 lol
