Ok i have 500 euro for graphic Upgrade. Im realy realy pissed at Ati....
Now what im thinking about. Hd 6970 dcii (314 euro, maybe after half year ill add second one), GTX 580 Dcii 440 euro (but need to wait 14 days cuz of stupid asus), or 2x560 TI in SLI mode.
Or give me advice what i should buy and links to review or if you was owned them and tested.
SLI mode will be use pretty much always.

You'll have problems crossfiring a dcii card. It's a three slot cooler.

Get whatever card you want. You'll not go wrong with single monitors on a HD 6950/6970 or a GTX 570/580. The Direct Copper II designs are very good but big.

I've been happy with SLI 460's, so if I had to do it today I would go for SLI 560Ti's. I may do this myself, once the price drops.

Id just go with 1 GTX 580 and save yourself the headache that is SLI.. less heat, more room for other cards. Less compatibility issues with games.

grab a single card mate. Either 580 or 6970. Don't guy 2 x lower end cards. 500 euros is a big budget for a gfx card. maybe you can squeeze a nice little SSD in there as well. :)

SSD will come after month or two for sure, just after prices will go down. Becouse don't want to overpay for Storage (2 euro for Gigabite? Insane). 500 euro for VGA, sure why not. I don't want to see after 6 months that im playing minimum settings.

I love ATI Cards, the 6950 2GB is a great value for just under $300.00, and you can get 2 of them in the future and XFire, heard they are better than Nvidia GPU's. If you want a single card, I would either recommend the HD6950 2GB or the GTX 580.

Good luck!

Look at this

HD6950 CF cost about $500 and its within like 2 FPS of a 6990. Cant go wrong with that at all!

and you wont have to deal with as much heat and itll be quite a bit quieter

If you're only running a single monitor of a relatively standard size (less than about 30"), then there's not really much point getting the HD6990.
Go the GTX580 mate :)

at the price of the 580 he could get 6950 CF or 6870 CF and beat it at the same price or if he got 2 6870s cheaper

Well that is one of the reasons some people buys the 6990, its the e-peen factor.
Same goes for cards likethe 8800 Ultra, some peeps just loves to brag about owning a $1000 card.
The 6990 isn't that overpriced given that it is new and is the fastest shit around for now.
