need to know a few things first.

1- what's your budget?
2- what will the computer be used for?

We can help you with that. It's really easy. Once you know your budget and what the computer will be used for (gaming/movie/internet), then we can help you select the components and you will be on your way. All you need is a philip screw driver and a gentle hand.

Take the build above, chop off the extras like fans and stuff you don't need, change the psu to a Corsair 750w, up graphics to 6950, and change motherboard to AsRock P67 Extreme4, processor to 2500K and a case of your choice.

In other words, create an entire new build. :)
Do you need a new screen or not? Do you need a new case? At that budget an i5 2500K or an i7 2600K are your two best processor options. A 6950 would be good; so would a 560 Ti. Motherboard-wise, get a P67 and make sure it's B3 stepping. 750W is fine for a PSU, you could probably get by with 700 or even 650, but 750 leaves some growing room.

Ah, I suppose :ohwell:

Current motherboards for sale (retail) are mostly B3 anyway, unless you happen to be extremely unlucky/inattentive or some company just want to rip your money off (not going to happen if you shop in reputable site).

You can probably get away with a 400w PSU if you are not planning to overclock your processor (not recommended if electricity bill is not high). The 750w is just there for you to get nice OC and the potential to add another 6950 for Crossfire. If you are not overclocking anyway, consider the 2500 and the 2400 (non K). Yes, this might be surprising to people of this forum, but not everyone wants/needs to overclock.
