"faster" is not quantitative.
Faster by X compared to Y is much more informative than "it's faster".
Mini bench/reviews by 'non-professionals/average users' (no offence wolf) can sometimes be just as valid as 'proper' benchmark/review sites.
This could be be useful for someone who has an older card like the 460 and is wondering if an upgrade to a 570 is actually worth it.
hit the nail on the head, it's about quantifying the difference between these two cards. and no offense taken, I am your average user/enthusiast, by no means pro.
It should have been GTX460 v/s GTX560 not this
Buy the OP a 560 if you want to see a direct comparison.
I considered buying a GTX560Ti but it wasn't a big enough upgrade from a 460 IMO, and I'll gladly accept a 560 Ti for testing purposes
I didnt buy a GTX570 just to do the mini review, I bought it to upgrade
and did the mini review to show what that upgrade got me.
GTX 460 is such a nice card imo!
get two of these and your set!
but you gotta love and respect the power of a single card
GTX 570 FTW
two GTX460's are hella sweet man, especially if you can clock them up over 800 core each, but yeah a single GTX570 is naturally one beast of a card.
thanks for the feedback guys!
