System crash

Hi i downklocked my PC from 3.44Ghz to 3.00 Ghz ,and now after a few minutes working time the system automatically boots. What shoud i do?

You should return the system to a stable state, why not just return it how it was before?

Because when i do, some of my PC apps dont run properly .

You *really* need to provide more information if you want anyone to help you. Please list your hardware specs and any variables that might be relevant.

Seconded. We don't know if you've been overclocked (though I don't know of any processors at 3.44 GHz out of the box), how you have "downklocked" the processor (your words, not mine), and what the rest of the system is.

You could be shifting the bclk, and then nothing in your computer will work right because the clock signal is lower. You could be shifting voltages. We don't know what monkeying around you've done to "overklock" (assuming that poor literacy will still be the norm).

Give us some answers, and we'll give you a solution to your problem.
