It was the 9550 that had both C0 and E0.

here's the info about the qx9650-

Intel QX9650 3.00 GHz Quad Core CPU FIRM$205 Includes Free Shipping Via USPS Priority Mail.

I bought it OEM the week B4 the Mobo and RAM purchase. I have had it clocked at 3.6GHz under a Zalman 9700 with no voltage increase. I overclocked it once to 4GHz at 1.35V but decided I needed to keep it longer than my usual 1.5 years before my next upgrade and reverted to the easier clock.
