79... Dollars? If so that isn't a bad price compared to what you get in the UK. A card like that would still be near to the £100 mark, which would be about $200, but maybe that card is cheaper in the US anyway. But considering you already have an X1900XT what would you gain from it?

can always use a back up and am considering selling my x1900xt had a x850 xt prior to that and I really don't see too much improvement for what im doing. I may sell the x1900xt and make 120.00 profit or so the x850 xt would hold me over for a year or so if I want to upgrade or I might simply sell the x850xt im sure I can get 100.00 for it in the local newspaper.

In that case an X850XT would be quite nice to fall back to. It still has decent performance (my GTO will play most games quite nicely), and with DX10 coming soon anyway all cards will be outdated. Someone in the US might be able to give a better indication of how good the price is, but if you genuninely intend to sell your X1900XT then I'd go for it.

bought it and if its as good as it was listed there goes my x1900xt mines going for around 200.00 on ebay so Im gonna list it when the new one comes. now if i can only find a Silencer for it LOL.

Not a bad price for ebay.
Just as an FYI...you can get a new one for $200 for the egg.

However, once DX10 does come out I bet you will eventually see a difference.

I loved my old x850xt I wonder If this will flash to a pe or if I shouldn't even bother and just overclock it to a pE

yes you can for around 200.00 with a rebate and without a arctic cooler x2 vga cooler on it like mine. Also for now it can only be found on newegg mines the sapphire version which doesn'e exist anymore so I will net around 180.00 to 200.00 with shipping and with that cooler they are getting a deal. Also mines mint with the box stock cooler and the manuels and cables in plastic. P.S if you notice I posted that link
