Amazon had Zotac 480's for $299 shipped a couple months ago, which is why I have two in my rig now.
$320 is still a good deal. 480's are pretty beast cards still, as long as you stand the noise and 'heat'.

I use MSI Afterburner and undervolt them, I run them at stock clocks and can't hear them while gaming (I don't use headphones). Just a tip. ;)
