Everytime I'm editing video some of my clips are bit choppy and others aren't
I troubleshooted and it's not RAM or CPU usage. I've tried reducing the playback resolution to 1/4 (of 1080p) but tis still choppy
I picked 25fps, the frame rate the video was recorded with (Canon 550D), so I don't think it's that
The GPU is running at 400/900mhz
then I just noticed the choppiness corresponds to the colour on the timeline
When it's red, the clip is practically skipped
