I need Your help.

My GPU is OCd to [default for 3D applications]:
-GPU: 800MHz [720MHz]
-Shader: 2000MHz [1800MHz]
-Memory: 1000MHz [900MHz]

I OCd using MSI Afterburner and I tested it's stability with MSI Kombustor, FurMark and FluidMark. The card worked fine.
So I played Crysis 2 and I noticed the performace increase, but when I put strain on it (move mouse quickly) the Nvidia driver shut down and restored (between was 5 sec of black screen).
Clock speeds droped to 2D applictions [450MHz](AKA when GPU is not needed) and they don't change back to 720MHz or 800MHz. GPU-Z shows that the 450MHz is the highest possible clock speed (and not the 800MHz as it should be).

I think it may be the PCI-E at low speeds, since I haven't OC that. What dou you think.
Any other info needed is in the system specs (I think).

P.S. What is the native resolution and screen refresh rate for human eyes?
P.P.S. I know you've had this before but: is it worth having 3 monitors suround view or a 3d monitor?
P.P.P.S. Does it have to be a SLI for multiple screens?

Eyes capture 24-25fps but that is rarely enough. When game runs at only 24fps often those frames are not rendered equally through the second so game does not feel smooth and second more frames results in faster reaction from mouse and keyboard input.

Eyes don`t have native resolution even though I bet some one has calculated that too but I don`t think that could be put it monitor setup. However there is native monitor resolution which is basicly the max resolution of the monitor (that was not the case for CRT monitors just for LCD).

You don`t need SLI or CFire for multiscreen setup even though it could increase the monitor number. For example eyefinity can provide 6 screen setups with only one card.

When you use 3 screen setup most of the time you are going to look in the center monitor other two would be just for ambient ( I mean for gaming ).

Is your card cooling sufficiently? I mean are the card cooler and the case clean and not covered by a thick dust layer?
I think may be driver is limiting card to protect from overheating. Or may be it's just your card overclock limit and it's not stable at that clocks.

graphics card driver crashes, usually mean unstable OC. my benchmark stable OC on my gtx285 is higher than game stable OC.

it's better to load up games to check for stability, then run a few benchies.

Make sure your are cooling your card well. My 5850 will OC like a dream but I have to make sure I put my fan profile up to 75% or it will fail.

It is dust free and cold card, it doesn't overheat at all (max 46˙C or 115˙F)

that will probably work, but I will have to start from scratch and it will take a lot longer

Lower your overclocks. You should try playing with small increases each time.
