you dont benefit it just means she wont be seen easily if your sneaking, and shes good with a bow and one handed weapons essentially its saying dont give her heavy armor dont give her 2 handed weapons etc.

yeah, but why would they mention that she has the skill "speech" then ???...

Also, I have had this weird bug... I learned that followers are locked at the level that you were when you first met them... so appearantly, the fix to this is to use the console to "disable" and "enable" the NPC to update them to your current level...

So I did this to Aela (who's married to me) and now she sells crap all the time... has no gold, and after 5 days, her stocks and gold didn't restock...

Is there a possible fix to this?

That's a very minor bug you have. Ysolda never showed up in Windhelm after I told her to go there. So I used the console commands but she reverted to the dialogue she has before we got married. So I killed her through the console and got an inheritance. :roll:

It's the little things he does I enjoy like in that video when right at the end he goes " or maybe just a little bit" after going off on one, comedic timing at it's best ( for a game anyway)
I swear in oblivion I was stuck in that madness dimension for longer than I played the entire rest of the game.

Books about old Characters would be such a brilliant feature for a game, well for me anyway XD

Would be fun if could read what items you had as well and come up with things along the lines of " Whilst he was a mighty hero, it was rumoured that he had a problem collecting junk which ultimately led to his untimely death" ( although you know, with some wit, it's 5.34 here so my brains not working well enough for humour lol)

Obviously there it would be massively limited but the easy stuff ( quests you done, how much gold you had/item amount etc) would still be great little touches to the games already brilliant detail.

I had a woman asking me to find her daughter who had joined the Imperials. She told me to ask about her to Captain Aldis in Solitude. So I spent ages searching for him in Solitude, but couldn't find him. I just found the quest marker pointing at the floor. :wtf:

Geesh, that quest shouldn't have started at all for me because it's very obvious it can't be completed. Or at least the game should have given me other dialogue options to speak to the mother so I could end the quest. Duh...

In skyrimprefs.ini set mouse acceleration to 0
Then in the game, increase your mouse sensitivity.

Fixed the mouse-lag perfectly for me, and also the mouse responds well when looking up or down now.

Do you guys play on Adept, Expert or Master? I tried on Expert and these two handed sword bandits just rolled my face. I couldnt get past them so I had to bump down to adept ;( I feel so noob

Don't feel bad, Adept here too.

I want to enjoy the game and not be frustrated...

But I couldn't defeat Morokei not even on Apprentice (could be something with the 1.2 patch and magic not scaling well) :eek:

Thankfully the idiot got stuck in the door so I killed him comfortably arrow by arrow :laugh:

Yeah I think resistances are bugged too, my warrior character has around 250 health and a crap load of armor and around 40% resistance for all types of magic by switching boots but I still easily get 2 shotted and killed in a couple of seconds by Morokei, I only just won because his animation got stuck which gave me the opportunity to shove my greatsword into his hovering carcass.
