i cant even use amd overdrive with 12.1 preview driver, its apparently broken.. but i was able to use it with 11.11 and 11.11a, got it to 900/1325 on both cards but it would crash in games..

having it at stock 870/1250 on both cards is just as quick really, i cant notice the difference besides the games not crashing
Yeah me too. But this is with 11.12. I just disabled overdrive and am now using Trixx. Running at 910/1375. No issues yet. Pushing RAM to 1400 didn't up the 3DMark score so I'm keeping it there.

Hey all, I don't remember my current bios version, its listed up further, but I had trouble a while ago with unlocking and used a bios from the net, I am fairly sure I flashed a newer bios and that's why I have been hqvint problems abd not been able to unlock. Could anyone send me their original bios? Thankies :) also does anyone with their original bios have gigabyte as their vendor? Or is it like mine where the vendor is just 0/unknown?

Hi All,
Where can I find an unlocked bios for gigabyte gv-r695ud-1gd?
Or do I backup mine and use some tool to modify the shaders?
I expect BF3 to care about shader count.

winflash progress bar closes before completion. Shutdown and start and card still got original bios, after gpuz and rbe analyzes the loaded bios.

any ideas?

errors when trying atiwinflash -unlockrom 0 and atiwinflash -f -p 0 (bios).rom or (bios).bin tried both extensions.

The atidgllk service failed to start due to the following error:
This driver has been blocked from loading

C:\atiwinflash14\atidgllk.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.

Tried to flash mine, BIOS ATOMBIOSBK-ATI VER013.010.000.009.000000 flash was good but no 1536 unlocked. Flashed once through atiwinflash using RBE to change shader count, retried using DOS instead of the Windows version of atiwinflash. Then i tried flashing using the script written in the batch file through both DOS and windows. All attempts resulted in good flashes but no shader change. If the card is flashing good would doing the wire trick have any effect? im a little worried about messing with the hardware on a video card. If its proven to make a difference if the card is flashing good but not unlocking i would be more interested in attempting this. (The card isn't used for gaming i just bitcoin with it while gaming on my 6950 that's already unlocked)

mine unlocked (both cards) with those exact steps.

some say you need to have UAC disabled. tried that? also were all driver settings reset to default (or installed driver freshly) before flashing?

check the attachment. use at your own risk. this is the file I used.

to disable UAC, just type UAC in start menu search box, and click on "Change User Account Control settings". in that, move the slider to bottom, press OK and reboot.
