I hope I'm not in the wrong section, but controllers are hardwares, right? Anyway..
I'm a college student in Asia, and from the last December, I saved only up to Php 3,500 (USD 81.70). And I have 12 US Dollars from my grandmother, which is Php 520 in my country.
So I was on my way to a university when I found a PC store selling a Razer Onza XBOX 360 Controller for PC. I also saw a Logitech G27.
Prices are:
Logitech G27 - Php 13,370 (USD 312.09)

Razer Onza Tournament Edition - Php 2,550 (USD 59.52)
http://dynaquestpc.com/index.php/peripherals/game-controllers/game-controller-razer-xbox-peripherals-onza-tournament.html
I saw another controller, it's called Razer Hydra Motion Sensing, but I guess I don't need that for my PC games.
***Heres the question: Should I buy the Razer Onza NOW, or should I wait and save more money at the same time, then buy the G27?
