thanks buddy, i was talking right now with the manafactures of the Gigabyte and they told that the mobo is rady for good OC and is properly mad for that cind of things and can give me a full control of sistem i have a Solid capacitors total control of VRM and Voltage in BIOS i also saw in BIOS that i have OC key, and the guys from Gigabyte told i have total control of OC and my mobo give my CPU full power and i have full expirence of 45nm tecnology perfomance
Still sounds like complete marketing BS to me, but whatever makes you sleep at night.
Just...don't get edgy with that OC until you replace the PSU.

Ok buddy i glad to have you helping me geting best perfomance and stabel OC on that CPU, i have grait thing on this brand new mobo it has 2 Bios phisical and if some gon rong the other bios restor all and it be ok :D

as you be rady let me know i send you pic of voltage and FSB and mem speeds and all to you tel me wat i need change in the config :) and we see, i did today OC from stock and right now i have 3.30Ghz running well i did prime torture test about 30 min and sims like no prob at all :) and also did the score test with cinebench and i get 1.89 and with cpu oc to 3.5 i get pts 2.0 i very happy with this cpu, and one friend of my with cpu AMD Athlon II x2 250 3.0 Overclocked to 3.8Ghz geting in cinebench pts 2.0 so if i get my at 3.8 i probably get pts3.0 or 2.93, now in many bench my cpu with stock clocks at 2.93Ghz is high scoring and beat some good cpu modern cpus like AMD athlon II x2 250 @ 3.0, 255 @ 3.20, and in gaming i have very good resoults,
here take a look guys ;

http://www.anandtech.com/show/2836/2

and here in this one you will see an CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 with 2.80 Ghz stock doing a good job up there if this 2.80 E7400 do this so mine can do beter i belive, and here the link guys just see the tests and bench of some CPUS ;

AMD Athlon II x2 250 at 3.0 is not so good CPU :/ dn't know whay

link: http://www.noticiastecnologicas.com.br/2010/03/teste-do-intel-core-i7980-x-gulftown-e.html

you probebly will be very surprised as i was !:rockout: atention all cpus at stock speeds and the grafic card used was 5870 i belive.
