I found out on his website that there are 2 kind of cards made by HIS.
The first one is the one i talked with a seller on ebay
http://www.hisdigital.com/un/product2-682.shtml
Which looks even crapier than my 9500gt
And the next one looks just WOW
http://www.hisdigital.com/un/product2-706.shtml
Assuming it has SLI, better cooling and even the 6-pin connector
it must be more powerful. (i really like the looks of it :))
But it doesn't say it is available. Anyone knows anything of it?
(I know it is 100mhz more on core clock though :p)

Pretty much one is almost a single slot with cheaper cooler and the other looks to be their IceQ cooler. Another thing is that the smaller one does not require a 6 pin power connector so would be perfect for those with older PSU's

The 7770 IceQ X is. Trying to see why they don't have the 7750 flavor out.

EDIT:
Oh just mentioning, the IceQ cards, if they are between reference and say the MSI Twin Frozr/Hawk cards, from a pricing standpoint; pay the premium as the cooler is very good. I had a 3870 IceQ at one point in time. Run splendidly well and was "quiet"(remember alot of stock coolers were loud at that time) compared to other manuf's.

I owned a 4870 512mb IceQ and it was garbage for cooling but I think it was due to a aging fan that would only run one speed.

4870's were hot cards out of the box anyways no matter what you do. No cooler can help it, they need water to get good results.

So if the card runs at 54 degree with the crappy cooler, what would be the temp with the iceQ cooler?

Me myself, I would expect nothing less than a 7-9C difference in temps. The major difference is when you overclock, say same temps as a stock cooler but with an extra 125mhz on core with the IceQ. :)

Also the other card since it does not have a PCIex power connector may not clock well at all due to being a power saving GPU.

For the last 2-3 years, you've created like 100s of threads where you talk about upgrading your video card. You get recommendations, then your upgrade never happens. You then create another thread a few days or a week later asking the same video card related questions. Get a recommendation and repeat the cycle. Again no upgrade happens.

I've realised this and stopped helping you. Surprised nobody else has noticed this.

Dent, I just looked at your last 40+ posts and 80% of them were flaming, trolling, and bashing. I am surprised no one has noticed that as well LOL.

This is very true. I speak my mind which comes across as bashing.

But in this situation its true. I want to help Aleksander Dishnica but I know he won't implement our suggestions, and will open another thread within a week.

Lol, ok sorry but i had to spend money on other things and most important of all, i am not sure on graphic cards. I mean, there are so many that even now that i have all money, i found another card from HIS which is not yet released. So, i don't really know :S
Anyway, i did some upgrading talking about cpu, ram, psu, hdd, cpu cooling and motherboard from the recommandations on this forum. With graphic cards, i don't know i see them as they say "GAMES", nothing more to me....

EDIT: Did you forget that i had a 7600GS??? Now it is 9500GT....
(although i dont think for long ;))

REDIT: I forgot to tell that i had an offer on 9500GT for 35$, is this price right for this card?

Honestly no, I think I gave a 9500GT 1GB away for the price of shipping not too long ago. They are worthless for gaming and only HTPC quality.

I had an ASUS 4870 Dark Knight Top (815Mhz on the core... stock!) It ran hot like any 4870 did but even at that overclock it was at least 15C cooler at load than any of the others I've seen.

I don't ever remember going over 75C no matter what I did with it :pimp:

How can a card be more powerful just because it has an awesome-looking cooler? The clue is in the name of the card. You're asking us to compare a 7750 with another 7750, the difference will only be 1 or 2% at most. And tbqh, those are low-end cards, you should be looing at a 7850 at least.

@jr
I had more money to think of a better card, but i waited for the 7 series.
For me at least it is not "buy the card immediately" without any proofs
to make me believe that the suggestion is worth on buying the card.
Also, it depends on money, too. That card sells for 120$ in my country
so that would be silly to buy.
@red
Migrating from 7600gs to 9500gt made me think that you pay 100$ more and get 10fps
So imagine someone on 2008 who sells his 7600gs and buys a 9500gt.
That would be really bad as the framerates were not actually that good.
I remember someone in his shop, who sells 9500gt for 60$ and buys them for 15$.
That was insane!
If it was for me i would have bought a 6850 long time ago, but money and the psu
made me not think of it anymore. Now time has passed and now i don't know.
On here, it says "his dropped prices of 7xxx lineup" where 7750 was for 89euro.
89 euro is equal to 113$ at most. The card i want to buy is the cheapest 7750
i have ever found which sells for 144.99$ with free shipping.
Looking at the price and the power this card has, it makes me think that it is not
a good buy. So 9500gt is well enough. But, i got a new option from his, this new
cooling, which maybe changes my mind.

Remember: Prices are not the same in my country. ie. 550gtx sells for 220$

Another option, see if you can find a 2nd hand gts250/9800gtx+ or a 4770/4850. All 4 of these cards are about 2.5x performing as your current 9500GT.

Whos fault is that. You should have read reviews.

The 9500GT was never meant to be a gaming card. Had you spent 30mins looking at reviews you would know this and wouldnt of dropped $100. Back in 2008, you could have dropped $100 on a used Nvidia 7900GTX , ATI 1900XTX or ATI 4670 and it would have been siginficantly faster. So stop making excuses.
