Hey guys

I just wanted to know what would be good software to test a newly setup system, software that will test that my system is running correctly and to its potentials

and

also some software i could use to test my hardware after an Overclock, such as when i over clock my Intel core i7 2600k on my old computer, what software can i run to test heat, speed, stability etc...

thanks
