Which HD 7850 to get?
The Sapphire or msi or gigabyte [Only these 3 are available in my area (i am not interested in ordering online)]
Which one?
Sapphire - best factory oc for HD 7850
MSI - better cooling
Gigabyte - cheaper then bother

if they all based from reference design im gonna take the cheapest
so between MSI and sapphire
factory OC usually tagged in high price, MSI is good but which one since they rolls 2 type: power edition or twin frozr

a little but then again judging by your rig your cpu will bottleneck

For me it would be:
1)MSI
2)Gigabyte
3)Sapphire
Also, i use msi afterburner myself with a powercolor, so don't think of msi for the program.
Enough talking, take msi.

Yha buddy this is cool and good choice! def, but look at one more thing you will get bottle with this CPU and this config first i wold spend $$ to new CPU and Mobo, and also go to DDR3 and PSU you will need beter PSU caus tis not good for gaming is unknowen brand i belive, go to Nox or XFX or also LCpowr, there are many brands that give you good perfomance like Corsair, so just get new setup caus this R7850 will running in half of perfomance or even slower, this is a stress for your GPU :S good luck and hope you understand bro!

Using an MSI one with Twix Frozr cooler and it's great I highly recommend it.

Keeps the card very cool so high overclocks are possible.

Sets volts to 1.225 and just push the clocks as high as you can!

I'm fairly sure the only difference is the colour of the metal shroud on the heatsink.

( v3 is brushed aluminum)
