How well the game will run depends on resolution and the detail levels.

GTA IV - medium with some visuals
CODMW3 - max

Resolution is 720P on my monitor and i want at least medium +,
I dont mind OC'ing if thats a issue!

Welcome to tpu anyway :] You should get a larger hard drive if you like simulators.

The Hard Drive was just a spare I had laying around, so that will be upgraded along with water-cooling, 2 screens et cetera..

battlefield 3 Medium yes not high and not at 1080p
gta iv no ... game runs like crap on pretty much everything I have tried it on including a PhenomII /5770
everything else no idea
