who needs this much of ram? Probably only 8 would be used. 32 gb yeah right.

And PCs will only ever need 8K of RAM.
Thanks, Bill.

I have 16GB in my 'puter(max of 64GB  X79), and I can fill that up pretty quickly. When I'm working on music, the soundbanks can fill up RAM like you wouldn't believe.
Even gaming, I've seen my ram usage shoot up to 12-14GB.
That's not even taking into account the 6GB of VRAM between my 7970s.

Still, I agree this is pretty ridiculous for a laptop and not many people will have use for this beast, nor the money to purchase it.

Thanks for all the attention I earned unvoluntarily. :toast:
But I didn't deserve. Didn't realize that this might bother some eurocom enthusiasts. So I've to apologize as I didn't want to offend anybody.
On the other hand one could get the feeling stirring up a hornet's nest.
If not sharing an opinion which wasn't meant that serious why this overreaction?

Besides: there's nothing wrong with the "Euro" except transforming Europe in a dictatorship.
But this was only metaphorical. And if Taiwan would be tagged "oriental" it could be signed as well as Eskimo. 16% of AMD/ATi is owned by Mubadala Development Company.

So I still wonder what about:

3dMarks11? As long as there's not a single benchmark presented, it's easy to talk big. So numbers, please. And how long will the accu last while playing demanding games?
Price? What about heat and durability? Noise of fans?

Mubadala is owned by the Abu Dhabi royal family. The Arabian Gulf isn't the Orient
