Well, I got my 7970 for about $370 a couple days ago, so I don't see where you get that $1100 fromI agree 100% If they priced the 8970 at $399 for one,I will buy it.Just $1100 + for the 7970 and only get 5% performance over my 6970 crossfire(which is with in 2% of a 6990)was not very good update.Come to think of it was there not a post Monday or Tuesday about 7000 series price drops?
