When I built my computer, there was a BIOS update and I downloaded the update and I don't know how to install it. I tired researching, but it doesn't help much. My MOBO is in "My System Specs."

If you go at motherboard homepage, at bios section:

here you will find "About how to flash the BIOS, please refer to BIOS flash SOP" with link at a page with picture , how to update bios, I allways update my bios to new version(even the frimware/bios for dvd-rw/vga card/usb3 controller), but be aware that allways it is a chance to brick the mootherboard or to have to reinstall windows after that....
