Not that great of a deal to be honest. I can get a 1.5tb Seagate on Newegg right now for $80 shipped.

Well, the Caviar Black that he has listed here is $56 cheaper than it is listed at NewEgg, so it's a pretty good deal.

True! Also, WD Blacks have a 5 year warranty while the Seagate has two.

I suppose the difference with the warranty is worth it.

5 vs 1 as most of the Seagate are still 1year, because of the stock. Only newer fabrics are 2y. One of the reason why I do nto buy seagate right now

as no shop will tell me if it's a 2y or 1y.
