Help updating motherboard BIOS

Cooling Stock

I have found the page for my motherboard here and i am now just wondering do i install all versions or just download the latest and install that one on its own?

Is there a specific reason you want to update the bios such as CPU compatibility? Sometimes newer bioses are not the best.

Sometimes newer bioses mess with certain features such as OCing. It usually hit or miss so if you are on a bios that is working fine and it supports your CPU then really there is no need to change.

When i updated my bios recently for new board, i did it in sequence from second to latest,[5 times in all lol] had no probs, updated bioses can bring enhanced performance, fix bugs, and new features too. You can always downgrade. A lot of people say dont bother[fair enuf], i always do.
