Hi, I need new CPU which will not limit my GTX670. I'm choosing between Intel Core i5-3570 and i5-3470 (I don't want to OC). Is advantageous to spend more money for i5-3570 or i5-3470 will be enough powerful to not limit my GTX670 wich, as you may know, has performance as GTX680 and for saved money I could buy better cooler than box one.
Thanks for advices...

The 200mhz difference between the two is not very much. The 3470 will be enough for the GTX670.

Yes, just get the 3470, and use the saved money for an extra cooler, or maybe use it later, for other parts.

Thank you very much, thats what I wanted to hear. If you meant enough for OCed 670 with power of 680 (which is not that big difference).

Yes, the 670 is very close to the 680. The Asus and inno3D ones are essentially 680's. Which one do you have?

MSI N670 Power Edition OC , as I mentioned in title.
Ah woops, missed that :). Yeah, I love msi cards. I have a 570 twin frozr power edition in my old build, and a 680 lightning in my new one. MSI makes great cards.

well having a nice cooler won't make much difference since you can't overclock your cpu so far as I know but well it might help give lower temps and extra cooling inside the case so it's all good
